- Identify and develop new business opportunities in financial products and services
- Acquire new clients including corporate, SME, and HNI customers
- Promote financial products such as loans, investment solutions, insurance, and wealth management services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct financial market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare customized financial proposals and presentations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policiy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in financial sales or business development
- Strong understanding of financial products (loans, investments, insurance, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical abilities
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or wealth management
- Strong client portfolio in corporate or retail finance
- Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or relevant finance credentials (added advantage)
