Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience that encourages repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for post-sales communication.
Customer Feedback & Support: Collect regular feedback from clients regarding product quality, service, and overall experience.
Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Order Follow-ups & Repeat Business: Conduct follow-ups with clients for repeat orders and maintain engagement with key accounts.
Track client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of orders.
Internal Coordination Communication: Customer concerns or product-related issues to relevant departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, or Sales.
Work closely with internal teams to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve client complaints, product issues, or delivery concerns efficiently.
Ensure clients are updated on the progress of their queries or requests.
CRM Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client communication, feedback, and order history in CRM systems or internal databases.
Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, feedback trends, and follow-up status.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
