- Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month
- Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC per month
Job Summary
Teleperformance is hiring E-commerce Back Office Executives for its Voice Process. We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills who can deliver quality support while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through the voice process.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.
- Maintain records and follow company quality standards.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice Process (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Willing to work from the office in Marathahalli.
Selection Process
Candidates must clear:
- VERSANT Voice Assessment (VETI 4)
- SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
- Typing Test (30 WPM with 85% Accuracy)
- English & Hindi Voice Assessment
Work Schedule
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Weekly Off
- Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
