Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Medical Coding team in Kochi. Candidates with or without CPC certification are welcome to apply. The role involves reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnostic and procedural codes as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE medical coding guidelines and insurance standards.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for coding clarifications.
- Stay updated with healthcare coding regulations and payer guidelines.
Eligibility CriteriaCPC Certified Candidates
- CPC certification from AAPC preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
Non-CPC Candidates
- Any Degree graduates can apply.
- Freshers interested in building a career in UAE Medical Coding are encouraged to apply.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge is an added advantage
Pay: Up to ₹220,000.00 per year
