Job Summary
We are looking for a vigilant, professional Security Guard to secure our premises. In this role, you will maintain a safe environment by closely monitoring surveillance systems, conducting routine patrols, and managing building access control. The ideal candidate must possess sharp observational skills, remain calm under pressure, and interact politely with employees and guests.
Core Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure, visible presence.
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and perimeter access points.
- Control access by verifying identification, checking visitor badges, and logging gate entries.
- Evict trespassers and safely detain violators using legal protocols until law enforcement arrives.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Inspect buildings, ensuring all doors, windows, and gates are locked securely.
- Write reports detailing daily activities, irregularities, property damage, or unusual incidents.
- Coordinate services with police, fire departments, and emergency medical technicians when needed.
Job Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Active license or certification to work as a security guard (e.g., SIA license or state registration).
- Physical fitness required for extended walking, standing, and potential physical intervention.
- Observational skills with high attention to detail and sharp situational awareness.
- Communication skills to write clear incident reports and handle public relations professionally.
- De-escalation ability to manage aggressive behavior and resolve conflicts calmly.
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
