Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers through social media, email campaigns, and online B2B platforms like IndiaMART.
- Pipeline Management: Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the digital sales funnel to close deals.
- E-commerce & Portal Management:
- Update and optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on the company website or third-party marketplaces.
- Customer Engagement: Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and post-sales support via live chat, video calls, and email.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to coordinate online promotions, discounts, and banner advertisements to boost online traffic.
Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, monitor conversion metrics, and maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
