*We are looking for a Field Customer Support Engineer to attend field service calls within a particular area. The candidate should be willing to travel an average of 20 to 30 km per day. Salary will depend on experience and technical knowledge. A own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Knowledge Required:
A) Trouble shooting and solving any hardware failure of Desktop / Laptop / All in one PC.
B) Any software related problem in Micro Soft and Linux etc.
C) Should be capable of troubleshooting basic Networking problems.
D) Should be in a position to install router / Wi-Fi router / switches /Printers / individually or on network.
Experience required: 1-5 years
