About the Role
Livfinity Pharma is seeking a dynamic, trustworthy, and highly motivated professional to manage both field and operational responsibilities within the company. This is a multi-dimensional leadership-support role involving medical representation, wholesale pharmacy operations management, coordination with healthcare professionals, administrative responsibilities, and acting on behalf of the founders in various business activities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, business-oriented, organised, confident in communication, and capable of independently handling day-to-day pharmacy and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Representative Responsibilities
- Promote and market company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular field visits and generate sales leads.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and promotional schemes to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
Wholesale Pharmacy Management Responsibilities
- Oversee daily wholesale pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate stock purchasing, inventory management, and supplier communications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of invoices, billing, GST records, and stock registers.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates, stock movement, and storage conditions.
- Handle order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.
Founder & Business Coordination Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate on behalf of the founders when required.
- Assist in strategic business operations and expansion activities.
- Follow up with vendors, distributors, hospitals, clinics, and business partners.
- Attend meetings, conduct negotiations, and provide operational updates to management.
- Handle confidential business information professionally.
- Support implementation of new projects, partnerships, and marketing activities.
Administrative & General Responsibilities
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports related to sales, stock, and operations.
- Coordinate with accountants, delivery staff, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management for company growth and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmacy Manager, or Healthcare Operations Executive is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and management skills may also apply.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹11,459.59 - ₹31,781.97 per month
