Sunrise Design Space is looking for motivated and reliable Freelance Site Surveyors to support our retail store development projects across India. We work with retail brands on site surveys, measurements, SDR (Site Data Report) preparation, and store design support.
We are inviting applications from both Freshers and Experienced professionals who are interested in working on project-based assignments. Candidates should be comfortable visiting project sites, taking accurate measurements, documenting site conditions, and coordinating with our design team to ensure high-quality survey reports.
This is an excellent opportunity for architects, civil engineers, interior designers, survey professionals, and fresh graduates who want practical field experience while working on retail projects across different cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores and commercial sites for survey assignments.
- Take accurate site measurements using laser distance meters and measuring tapes.
- Record all architectural, structural, MEP, and HVAC observations.
- Capture clear site photographs and videos from required angles.
- Identify existing site conditions, obstructions, and utilities.
- Prepare or assist in preparing SDR (Site Data Report).
- Mark dimensions, levels, ceiling heights, column locations, shutter sizes, and other important site details.
- Coordinate with the internal design team whenever clarification is required.
- Submit survey data, sketches, photographs, and reports within the committed timeline.
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and timely completion of every project.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Site Survey, SDR, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields is preferred.
- Basic understanding of building drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
- Own smartphone with a good camera is mandatory.
