We are looking for a Service Coordinator who can build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery of our educational services.
Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for parents and students. You will provide guidance, coordinate educational services, manage parent relationships, track student progress, and work closely with academic teams to ensure a seamless experience for every family.
Key Responsibilities
1. Parent Counseling & Student Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students, providing timely information, guidance, and support regarding educational programs and services.
- Understand the academic, behavioral, and individual needs of students and recommend suitable learning pathways or services.
- Conduct structured parent interactions, counseling sessions, and follow-ups to understand concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
- Address parent and student queries through calls, messages, emails, and in-person interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive conversations and resolve concerns through effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
2. Service & Program Coordination
- Coordinate the assignment of students/candidates to appropriate educational programs based on their needs, interests, and learning requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned learning programs and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions, parent meetings, assessments, and other required interactions.
- Ensure appointments, follow-ups, and service commitments are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure students and parents receive the required support at every stage of their journey.
3. Student Progress & Relationship Management
- Track student progress, engagement, feedback, and overall service experience.
- Maintain regular communication with families and proactively identify concerns that may affect student satisfaction or retention.
- Manage the complete customer relationship lifecycle, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term trust.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure parent feedback is communicated to the relevant teams.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing customer churn and improving family engagement.
4. Collaboration with Academic Teams
- Work closely with teachers, academic coordinators, counselors, and management to align services with student needs.
- Communicate specific academic, behavioral, or service-related concerns raised by parents to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate the implementation of feedback and ensure concerns are followed through to resolution.
- Support academic and operational teams in delivering a consistent and high-quality student experience.
5. Documentation, CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, counseling sessions, student concerns, feedback, assignments, and follow-ups.
- Update and manage student/candidate information in CRM and internal databases.
- Track enrollment, student progress, service issues, and resolution status.
- Prepare regular reports on parent feedback, student engagement, service performance, and other relevant metrics for management.
- Ensure all documentation and CRM updates are accurate and completed on time.
6. Escalation & Continuous Improvement
- Handle operational escalations and parent concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate them to management for process improvement.
- Collect feedback from parents and students to improve counseling, service delivery, and educational offerings.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives to continuously improve communication, counseling, and service-management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certification in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in counseling, educational coordination, customer service, CRM, academic management, or EdTech is preferred.
- Candidates with experience as a Service Coordinator/Head, Academic Head, Senior CRM, Counselor, or Psychologist in the education/EdTech sector are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: Fixed weekly off
