You gained at least 7-10 years of professional experience in consulting or project environment, ideally with deep knowledge of SWIFT Network and market-driven initiatives like the ISO20022 change.
You have a degree in IT equivalent to Computer Science, Information Systems / Engineering.
Proven Track Record in working on huge projects, managing change, stakeholders, business demand, and requirements engineering.
You can contribute to IT solution design, architecture, and have technical skills, also to bridge between business and IT.
You are an ambitious person with a structured mind and excellent analytical skills.
You are proactive and a hands-on personality who feels comfortable managing change.
You are an excellent communicator with all levels within the organisation and fluent in English.
