Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Metal Cutting & Fabrication Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Explain company services including Fiber Laser Cutting, CNC Cutting, Metal Fabrication, Decorative Metal Panels, Gates, Railings, Elevation Panels, and Custom Metal Solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Follow up on quotations and assist in order conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
