Key Responsibilities
- Handle e-commerce accounting, sales data, settlements, returns, and receivables.
- Manage sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliation in Tally.
- Handle GST, TCS, ITC, RCM, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Prepare E-Invoices, IRN/QR Codes, and E-Way Bills.
- Handle TDS compliance, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Manage vendor/customer accounts, ageing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Support manufacturing accounting, inventory, purchases, and sales processes.
- Coordinate with GST, TDS, and audit consultants.
- Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Management.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
