Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material requirements, procurement, and site inventory.
Check quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Monitor project costs, quantities, bills, and contractor payments.
Review drawings and coordinate for timely approvals and revisions.
Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
Identify and resolve site issues and technical difficulties.
Maintain project records, reports, measurements, and documentation.
Report project progress, delays, cost variations, and other important matters to management.
Ensure the project is completed within the approved time, budget, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
