Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies, especially in the travel and tourism domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage social media pages and scale them effectively
- Handle daily posting, stories, and consistent audience interaction
- Manage DMs, lead queries, and respond to travel-related FAQs
- Collaborate with travel influencers and vloggers for brand promotions
- Create engaging creatives using Canva (posts, stories, banners, etc.)
- Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for social media
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies on a monthly basis
- Promote treks, camps, and travel experiences through engaging content
- Drive follower growth and improve engagement across platforms
- Create and execute community engagement activities (contests, shoutouts, etc.)
- Highlight brand USPs such as safety, scenic experiences, and customer testimonials
- Track leads, bookings, and engagement using insights and analytics tools
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and content trends
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and improve performance
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
