Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces.
- Customize donor, alumni, fundraising, pledge, and gift management processes.
- Develop reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, and XML Publisher.
- Create and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and production deployment.
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Development experience.
- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Contributor Relations.
- Strong PeopleTools development skills.
- Experience with PeopleCode.
