Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the service team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and experience in managing restaurant service efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead and manage waiters/stewards
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order service
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Train and guide service staff on service etiquette and SOPs
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline
- Assist in order taking and billing when required
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
