Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property and platform presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, explaining Nextdeal’s AI-driven marketplace features, addressing customer questions, and recommending suitable solutions based on client needs. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate partners, property owners, and buyers, as well as following up consistently to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to share market feedback, track performance metrics, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Strong client relationship management abilities, with a focus on building trust, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Comfort with technology and digital platforms, with the ability to explain AI-driven or data-based features in clear, simple terms.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written correspondence.
- Experience in real estate, property services, or a related field is preferred; background in tech or marketplace platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with a willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and regularly meet clients in person.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
