Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Real Estate Sales for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful closures for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Candidates must join along with their existing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants / Unit Sales Managers
- Drive individual as well as team sales targets
- Monitor lead conversion, site visits, bookings, and closures
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Handle negotiations and support team members in deal closures
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
- Maintain sales reports and team performance dashboards
Mandatory Requirement:
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
- Candidate must join along with an active sales team (minimum 3–5 members)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management
- Strong leadership and team retention capabilities

Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

Compensation:
Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000

- Candidates currently working as Team Leader, Assistant Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or Principal Consultant
- Strong understanding of the Kolkata real estate market
- Candidates with an existing high-performing team will be preferred
