Position Title: Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, configure Teamcenter solutions, and drive PLM transformation initiatives. The candidate will bridge functional and technical teams while ensuring successful delivery of Teamcenter-based solutions and integrations.
Must Have Skills:
- 6–10 years of overall experience with strong Teamcenter expertise
- Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, and customization experience
- Business requirement gathering and solution design
- Customer workshops and stakeholder management
- OOTB Teamcenter demonstrations and solution consulting
- Teamcenter configuration (Workflows, Lifecycles, Access Control)
- BMIDE, ITK, RAC, and AWC knowledge
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks)
- ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)
- Troubleshooting and production support experience
Good To Have Skills:
- Teamcenter data migration experience
- Teamcenter deployment and administration
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Team mentoring and leadership experience
