Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients through cold outreach, networking events, and social channels
- Client Engagement: Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings to understand customer needs, present company solutions, and deliver tailored pitch decks.
- Direct Marketing: Need to do result oriented face to face marketing. Trveling is essential.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, guide prospects through the sales funnel, and track all interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proposal & Contracts: Draft compelling sales proposals and negotiate pricing/commercial terms to secure new contracts.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and share client feedback to help shape product development.

- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present effectively to senior decision-makers.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection, manage sales quotas, and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
