About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Amphin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily posting and engagement across all social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas and execute them through posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, gather inputs, and manage approvals.
- Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, and content formats.
- Assist in planning and implementing campaign strategies to improve brand visibility and reach.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Good content writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to handle client communication professionally.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, design coordination, and content planning tools.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
