Project Manager – Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor, control, and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, technical requirements, and overall project performance to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, statutory authorities and monitor the progress of all project-related activities.
Manage project-related operational activities, assessing manpower requirements, staff deployment, accommodation, transportation, and effective resource utilization.
Supervise and provide guidance to Site Engineers, Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, and other project personnel to ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion of project activities.
Monitor the progress of quotations, purchase orders, material procurement, supplier coordination, and deliveries to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and other required resources.
Review and monitor contracts, work orders, variations, claims, notices, and other contractual matters, ensuring proper coordination and timely action with relevant parties.
Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, technical challenges, safety issues, cost implications, statutory requirements, and schedule constraints, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure effective coordination and communication between the Project Office and Construction Site, while monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and management instructions.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management as required
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
