Job Description:
Total Tech is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with US clients regarding company-related work, and providing timely support as per business requirements. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to professionally assist clients while working in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with US clients related to company projects and services
Handle client support through phone calls, emails, and chats
Provide accurate information and resolve client queries effectively
Support ongoing company work and follow client instructions
Maintain professionalism and service quality during all interactions
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Confidence in handling client calls
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Willingness to work in US night shift
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude
Salary:
Freshers: ₹20,000 in-hand
Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand
Salary based on communication skills & interview performance
Education:
Any Graduate
(BCA / BBA / MCA / B.Tech preferred)
