We're looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business & Personal Loan Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the loan application and approval process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and acquire potential customers.
- Promote and sell business and personal loan products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Assist clients with documentation and application procedures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads, loan applications, and approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance, banking, or sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
