About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to assist prospective customers in exploring and purchasing residential plots and homes within our gated community projects on Kangayam Road, Tiruppur. The role involves engaging with leads, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries received through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for interested buyers.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and payment options.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, real estate, banking, insurance, automobile sales, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.
- Fluency in Tamil; knowledge of English is beneficial.
