The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth production processes, managing materials, coordinating with chefs, and maintaining accurate records in GD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bakery production activities.
- Manage and monitor inventory of raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with chefs and bakery staff to ensure timely production.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of production, stock, and wastage in GD.
- Monitor quality standards and hygiene practices in the bakery.
- Plan production schedules based on demand and requirements.
- Track daily output and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained properly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bakery/food production coordination.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in maintaining records (GD).
- Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
