Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Pre-Sales Head to lead our pre-sales team in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing lead generation activities, driving site visit conversions, monitoring team performance, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads through various channels.
- Monitor daily calling performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers for site visit scheduling and closures.
- Ensure CRM updates and proper lead management system.
