Technical and Operational Responsibilities
- Setting Out and Surveying: Using technical equipment (e.g., GPS, theodolites) to establish precise site layouts, levels, and positions for structures.
- Drawing Interpretation: Reviewing blueprints, structural, and architectural drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensuring materials, structural work, and finished structures meet specifications, standards (e.g., IS/ASTM), and approved drawings.
- Supervision: Monitoring on-site labor, subcontractors, and craftsmen to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Technical Advice: Solving technical problems on-site and providing solutions for design adjustments.
