The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets across a designated cluster of properties. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a sales team to maximize market share and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in multi-property sales management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the assigned cluster of hotels to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure groups, through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering repeat business across all properties within the cluster.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and Revenue Management teams of each property to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Represent the cluster at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the cluster while maintaining strong client relationships.
