Lead – Sales & Service( IT Hardware and Networking)

We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead – Sales & Service to drive business growth for our IT solutions portfolio, including Computer Hardware, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Facility Management Services (FMS), CCTV, Data Storage, Security Solutions, Cloud Services, and Business Software. The ideal candidate will lead sales and support teams, manage key customer relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Its Sales and Service lead role
- Drive sales of Computer AMC/FMS, Hardware, CCTV, Data Storage, Security Solutions, and Software products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote Cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage inside sales, field sales, and service coordination teams.
- Set performance targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and team development activities.
- Ensure high levels of productivity and team engagement.
Sales Strategy & Account Management
- Develop and execute segment-wise sales strategies.
- Create bundled IT solutions combining Hardware, AMC, Software, and Cloud services.
- Focus on cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and long-term customer retention.
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Solution Selling & Proposal Management
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
- Review proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close high-value business opportunities.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and opportunity progress.
- Ensure CRM updates and reporting discipline across the team.
Service & Support Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor helpdesk tickets and ensure closure within defined TAT.
- Review pending tickets and drive service excellence.
- Technical Sound in Hardware/Networking Troubleshooting
- Training to team
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with technical, support, and accounts teams.
- Ensure smooth project delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Share and track leads related to CAD/CAM, Design Software, Microsoft, Adobe, Rendering Software, and other specialized solutions.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare sales and performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT Hardware, Software, AMC/FMS, Cloud, or System Integration sales.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Security Solutions, and Managed Services.
- Door Access, Biometric troubleshoot
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Cloud Solutions preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Revenue achievement (overall and segment-wise)
- Team target achievement
- Generate minimum qualified leads per month targets
- AMC/FMS closures and renewals
- Support ticket closure within 24 hours
- Handle Ticket- TAT
Compensation
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
