Location - Ellipode, Thirumala, Trivandrum
Shift - 10:30PM to 7:30AM (5days/week)
IT IS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clinicians to assign patient care according to established protocols and standards.
- Coordinate and manage interactions between clinicians and patients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and resolution of any issues that arise.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of clinical practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Lead and manage clinicians or voice process teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree. (Mandatory)
- 3-5 years of experience in managing clinicians or voice process teams.
- Strong planning and analytical abilities, along with effective decision-making skills.
- Aspiration to work in a BPO setting.
- Ability to thrive in an aggressive work environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM) at our office premises in Elippode, Trivandrum.
