Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, and cost savings to customers
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with field sales team for closures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Fluency in Hindi & English
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Experience in tele-calling / tele-sales / customer support is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
