Your Mission
As our Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our plant operations. You will:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects (digitalization, automation, VSM projects, and more).
- Analyze improvement opportunities across the entire product lifecycle and turn them into actionable solutions.
- Implement actions and roadmaps in alignment with our DPS and central office standards.
- Ensure seamless execution through cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and deploy innovative tools, methods, and best practices across the plant.
- Roll out new standards through training and ensure compliance with managers.
- Continuously optimize processes by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Plan and facilitate workshops across production, logistics, and more to uncover potential gains (time, space, materials…).
- Compile workshop outcomes and deliver impactful reports to management and central teams.
- Lead and coordinate specialist committees within the plant.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and hands-on, a problem solver with a passion for operational excellence:
- Engineer’s degree
- Good knowledge of LEAN tools: VSM, Six-Sigma, SMED, 5S, DFSS
- Proven mastery of problem-solving methodologies
- knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and data analysis tools (Power BI, Dashboards)
- Ability to develop simple applications is a plus
- Good English level is mandatory.
- Master of the pack Microsoft office.
