We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert who understands paid media deeply, thrives on numbers, and knows how to generate qualified leads efficiently across multiple platforms.
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert with strong expertise in lead generation, paid advertising, campaign optimization, and analytics.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS, lowering CPL, and improving conversion performance.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai, especially the Western Line region, for easier collaboration and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:-
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Generate high-quality leads across industries including B2B, B2C, real estate, education, healthcare, e-commerce, and service businesses
- Create full-funnel paid marketing strategies from awareness to conversion
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Paid Advertising Platform Management:-
Hands-on expertise required in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter/X Ads
- Native Ad Platforms
- Programmatic / Display platforms
- Retargeting platforms
- Any additional paid acquisition channels
Analytics & Tracking:-
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion APIs
- UTM tracking
- Event tracking
- Conversion tracking
- Funnel analysis dashboards
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide optimization recommendations
- Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points.
Strategy & Optimization:-
- A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and offers
- Improve landing page conversion performance
- Build audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Conduct competitor research and campaign benchmarking
- Scale winning campaigns profitably.
Reporting & Communication:-
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Present campaign insights, recommendations, and growth strategies
- Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives
- Collaborate with sales/client servicing teams for lead quality feedback.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Experience handling multiple client accounts (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Must be based in Mumbai (Western Line preferred).
