Role: Life Mitra (Insurance Advisor) A Life Mitra is essentially a sales and financial advisor who helps people choose the right life insurance policies and secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
Sell life insurance policies to individuals and families Build relationships with customers and maintain trust Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing Provide after-sales service (policy updates, claims support, renewals)
ncome Structure
Mostly commission-based income (no fixed salary in many cases) Earnings depend on: Number of policies sold Premium value Renewals (ongoing income) Some additional bonuses, incentives, and rewards may be provided “Unlimited income” means no cap, but income is performance-based, not guaranteed.
