Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
HR Generalist:
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and HRMS updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
