The Brand & Content Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan. Working directly with the founder, the intern will support the planning and execution of MRP Hospitality's branding and content initiatives across digital platforms. Responsibilities include capturing photo and video content, editing short-form videos and basic graphics, assisting in social media planning, researching emerging trends, and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling. The intern will also help coordinate content shoots, encourage team participation in content creation, maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, and assist with day-to-day marketing activities. This role offers practical exposure to building a hospitality brand from the ground up while working closely with the founding team on creative strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Content Creation, Video Editing, and Graphic Design using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Branding, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Communication, with the ability to maintain a consistent visual and brand identity.
- Strong awareness of Instagram, Reels, TikTok-style content, and emerging social media trends, with the ability to identify engaging content opportunities.
- Good photography and videography skills for capturing lifestyle, food, beverage, and behind-the-scenes content are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with the team during content production.
- Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple creative tasks.
- Interest in hospitality, café culture, food and beverage, lifestyle branding, and community building is highly preferred.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
