Role Summary : You’ll own a team and lead generation for Project Names City,
TAT : <2 Minutes: Ensure all leads from FB/Google hit via API. No lead leakage. CPL + Quality Control
Fast. Creatives & Landing Pages: Brief designers. A/B test ad copies, images, videos, WhatsApp flows. CRM Hygiene: Tag sources, build remarketing audiences, set up drip WhatsApp/email in
Daily MRF: Morning Report Format by 11am - Spend, Leads, Quality % vs target and Market research .
What You’ll Do:
· Build broker network in. Onboard 20+ active channel partners/month. Site visit drives: Get CPs to bring clients every weekend.
· Own CP event TAT. Brokerage payouts: Track deals, ensure CP commissions released TAT post-registry. MRF + CRM
· coordination: Log CP complaints, track project updates, send brochures.
· Market intelligence: Report competitor offers, CP demands to management.
· Requirements: 3+ year’s of experience in lead generations, channel sales, team
management, and 500+ broker contacts a big plus.
· Communication : Must have fluency in Telugu, English and Hindi.
Experience: Lead Squared/Hub Spot/Follow Up Boss/Sell.do - you’ve used one Excel/Sheets: VLOOKUP, pivot tables to make TAT + CPL reports , real estate Canva/Photoshop basics for quick creative posters , Bonus If You Have WhatsApp Business API
