Position: Electrician | GTM

Location: Pallavaram, Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing
· To look after the maintenance of internal and external drainage, water supply.
· To handle and operate pumps.
· To cut and thread nuts, bolts, pipes and other pipe fittings to size and fix the same.
· To handle, operate and control gate valves.
· To remove and clean choked floor drains, gutters.
· To attend to maintenance work of all G.I. Pipes, C.I Pipes, Chrome Fittings, Sanitary Fittings, etc.
2. Electrical
· To remove and change bulbs, tube lights.
· To remove and repair electrical fittings appliances.
· To attend to maintain channel music system.
· To install and operate amplifiers, public address system and other sound equipment.
3. Carpentry
· To remove and repair door locks, door closers as stipulated.
· To attend to other carpentry jobs such as repairs for tables, chairs, adjusting and fixing of doors.
4. Air Conditioning, refrigeration
· To remove and clean diffusers, grills, periodically as stipulated.
· To check and record temperature of cold stores, deep freezers.
· To check and record temperature of air conditioning for public areas.
· To check and ensure proper operations of bottle coolers, refrigerators.
5. Implements, equipments, appliances
· To carry out all implements in the kit box provided.
· To handle and maintain all implements, for carrying out the job systematically.
· To render account of all materials issued.
· To handle and maintain all equipment properly and methodically.
· Un-keep and Cleanliness: To maintain the un-keep and cleanliness of the work area at all times.
· Handing of Charge: To hand over charge systematically.
