We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/BDMs.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Guide team members in handling client inquiries, site visits, and negotiations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Pune real estate market and residential projects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
