Based at our Bengaluru plant, you will report directly to the Management of Information System Manager, based in France.
As IT Support and Networking Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

Handling and resolving user requests
-
Diagnosing, qualifying, and resolving incidents
-
Contributing to IT projects
-
Ensuring systems remain in good operating condition

Liaising with internal teams across Europe
What we're looking for :
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
You have at least 3-5 years' experience as IT Technician.
User support, you're proficient in Microsoft Active, Windows 10/11 & 365, VLAN.
Rigourous, curious and team player, you will take on the role of user support.
You're fluent in english with good communication skills.
Working hours: Scheduled within the 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. time window.
