Job Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Operations Manager from a Defence or Engineering background to oversee end-to-end operations and logistics for our Alcobev business. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process control, logistics expertise, and operational discipline to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across supply chain, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Manage inventory movement and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Coordinate with distributors, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Implement operational discipline, reporting structures, and efficiency improvements.
- Handle crisis management, contingency planning, and operational problem-solving.
- Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and operational records.
- Supervise and train support staff, ensuring discipline and accountability.
- Support management in driving operational excellence and continuous process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Retired Defence personnel (JCO / Senior NCO / Officer level preferred) or candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, administration, or a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of process-driven operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of operations.
- High integrity, leadership skills, discipline, and accountability.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Beverage, Manufacturing, or logistics-heavy environments will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site role.
