Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
AccuTax Advisors is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in Upwork bidding to generate leads and acquire clients for US accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write customized and persuasive proposals.
- Communicate with prospects and handle client queries.
- Schedule meetings and support deal closures.
- Manage Upwork profiles, connects, and bidding performance.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of Upwork bidding experience.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
