Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities
Generate potential leads, make follow-up calls, and connect with prospective property buyers.
Present suitable residential and commercial properties in Jagatpura and nearby areas according to client requirements.
Schedule and conduct professional site visits with buyers.
Assist clients through price negotiations, closing deals, and basic documentation processes.
Meet monthly sales targets agreed upon with the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.
Experience: 0–3 years of sales experience (freshers are welcome; real estate experience is a plus).
Skills: Good local communication skills, confidence, and strong persuasive ability.
Mobility: Personal two-wheeler/vehicle is preferred for field site visits.
Location: Must be residing in or comfortable traveling to Jagatpura, Jaipur.
Work Timings
Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
Part-Time: Flexible shift hours (Morning/Evening) or weekend-focused site visits
