Cybernaut EdTech is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer & Trainer who can both develop real-world web applications and mentor students/interns in modern technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts for learners.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelopment Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications
- Work on both frontend and backend development
- Build REST APIs and integrate databases
- Collaborate with internal teams on project development
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Training Responsibilities
- Train and mentor students/interns in Full Stack Development
- Conduct live sessions, workshops, and project guidance
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and mini projects
- Support learners in completing real-time applications
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Help students with interview preparation and career guidance
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js
- Database knowledge: MySQL / MongoDB
- Understanding of Git & GitHub
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage
- Experience working on real-time projects
