About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our IT Recruitment & Staffing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in staff augmentation, client relationship management, and team handling. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive recruitment operations while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations for multiple clients.
- Handle staff augmentation requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hiring.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's And Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT Recruitment & Staffing industry.
- Proven experience in Staff Augmentation.
- Strong experience in Client Handling and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle, sourcing strategies, and staffing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
