Job Summary:
The Commi I is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food quality standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations while following company SOPs and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations and kitchen activities.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and raw materials.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas.
Follow food safety and quality standards.
Support inventory control and report shortages to the supervisor.
Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Coordinate with team members during operational hours.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or Culinary preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations, hotels, restaurants, QSR, or food service industry.
Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
