We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead our accounts team and oversee all aspects of financial operations. You'll be responsible for managing billing, payments, collections, and vendor relationships, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Accounts Management:
- Lead the accounts team, oversee billing, payments, and collections
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, vendor payments, and supplier invoices
- Manage GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory reporting
Airline Ticketing Operations:
- Understand airline deals, verify ticket invoices, and check rates offered to agents
- Handle airline debit/credit notes, refunds, and cancellations
- Coordinate with airlines, banks, and payment gateways for settlements
- Management of Group deposits
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare financial reports, identify discrepancies, and suggest process improvements
- Analyze accounts receivable, payable, and cash flow
- Provide insights for business decision-making
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records, support audits, and implement internal controls
- DC Business Report Submission
Team Management:
- Guide the accounts team, delegate tasks, and ensure efficiency
- Identify training needs, enhance skills, and drive team performance
Requirements:
- B.COM or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in airline ticketing or travel industry
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes, GST, TDS, TCS and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software , MS Office, and travel industry tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
