We're a fast‑growing aviation and industrial supply‑chain company in Bengaluru. We help companies in aerospace, drones, defence and manufacturing source and procure the parts they import — faster, cheaper and with less risk than doing it themselves. Backed by an AI‑powered operations team and a founder who sells alongside the team.
What you'll do
- Find, win, onboard and grow your own customers — you'll own 150–200 accounts end to end
- Around 100 outreach touchpoints a day: cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Run discovery and presentation meetings, send quotes, negotiate and close deals
- Keep customers coming back — turn a first order into a lasting relationship
- Use our AI‑powered sales tools and Zoho CRM
What we're looking for
- 0–5 years in sales or business development — freshers with genuine drive are welcome
- Any graduate (an engineering background is a plus, not a must)
- Fluent in English and your native language; confident on calls and in meetings
- Resilient, disciplined, hungry, and comfortable with targets and cold calling
